My background in education is varied, as I have always been willing to fulfill many roles. I have taught students from preschool to middle school and also worked in adult literacy. Most recently, I worked in the elementary setting as a title 1 resource teacher from 2018-2020. My bachelor's degree is from FAU in elementary education and my master's degree from GCU is in reading instruction and curriculum. Currently, I homeschool my two children (ages 9 and 12).
